Children are welcomed into our Nursery class by a team of caring, knowledgeable and inspiring Early Years Professionals. We work closely with our families to ensure that children have a smooth transition into our setting and thrive whilst they are with us.
Children have a well resourced and carefully planned learning environment to access and plenty of opportunity to become independent learners. There are also small group teaching sessions delivered daily. In Nursery we follow the St Leonard’s Early Years curriculum with a clear focus on developing the three Prime Areas of Learning: Personal, Social and Emotional Development, Communication and Language and Physical Development.
